Sr. Manager Sales & Marketing
Role Overview -
The Sr. Sales & Marketing professional will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, business development initiatives, and customer relationship management. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and expanding market presence, particularly in fire safety and industrial equipment segments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and sales activities to achieve assigned revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
Promote and sell fire safety and industrial safety products.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in fire safety or industrial equipment.
Knowledge of
SCBA systems, oxygen cylinders, and fire extinguishers
will be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong customer-oriented approach with result-driven mindset.
