Seeking a senior sales & marketing executive to drive project division growth by leading strategic sales and marketing key government, semi-government, and private sector relationships.
Responsibilities:
>
Identify, pursue and close large-scale project opportunities (Rs 50 lakhs - Rs 5+ crores)
> Develop technical proposals, reports and quotations.
> Conduct market research and competitive intelligence.
> Build and maintain relationships with govt departments, water authorities, electricity boards, and consulting engineers.
> Collaborate with technical teams on PVC conduits and HDPE pipe solutions.
> Attend industry conferences, bids, and tendering processes.
Qualifications:
> Graduate in any discipline.
> Candidates with sales experience of
3 years and above
in
PVC manufacturing industry
will have preference.
> Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
> Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
> Regional language fluency is a plus.
