Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B clients through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold outreach
Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers
Pitch Innothoughts' services including IT solutions, digital marketing, branding, and technology offerings
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
Close new deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Marketing & Lead Generation
1. Execute on-ground marketing activities such as events, partnerships, local business outreach, and corporate visits
2. Work closely with the internal marketing team to convert inbound leads into closures
3. Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
4. Client Relationship Management
5. Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
6. Act as the primary point of contact during the sales cycle until handover
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
8. Reporting & Performance TrackingMaintain daily activity reports (meetings, leads, closures)
9. Track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
10. Regularly update management on performance and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. 5+ years of proven experience in field sales and B2B business development
2. Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
3. Experience selling services (IT, digital, marketing, software, or consulting preferred)
4. Comfortable with cold calling, field visits, and target-driven roles
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion, and deal closures
7. Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting
