Job Summary
Innovative System is seeking an experienced
Senior Sales & Marketing Engineer
to lead business development, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven sales experience, and the ability to develop strategy, mentor junior team members, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial products and engineering solutions.
Identify new business opportunities in targeted industrial clusters and expand market presence.
Handle key accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct technical discussions, product demonstrations, and solution-based consultations.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals.
Lead and guide junior sales engineers in achieving team sales targets.
Collaborate with internal technical, service, and production teams for smooth execution of orders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and submit periodic MIS reports.
Represent the company in exhibitions, customer visits, seminars, and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong technical understanding of industrial systems/products (Electrical / Mechanical / Automation).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the industrial domain.
Ability to manage key accounts independently.
Team leadership and mentoring abilities.
Good analytical and planning skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Two-wheeler/four-wheeler license preferred.
