Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Manage and oversee the relationship with clients
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
Liaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency
Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development
but not limited to the above, one has the ability to directly interact customers and close deals
Ability to generate leads, forecast on the team stand of weekly and monthly closing targets
Achieve weekly and Monthly targets provided by the Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
