Job Description

Sales & Lead Generation



Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (domestic and international). Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, trade platforms, and cold calling. Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospects regularly.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, suppliers, and trading partners. Understand client requirements and offer appropriate products. Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion



Assist in developing marketing strategies for product promotion. Manage listings on B2B portals (e.g., Alibaba, Indiamart, Tradekey, etc.). Work with design/content team (if available) to create brochures, emails, and promotional content.

Product & Market Research



Research market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Identify new products or sourcing opportunities for expansion. Recommend pricing strategies based on market insights.

Order & Documentation Support



Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and logistics. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and basic trade documentation. Maintain proper records of all sales activities.

Reporting & Feedback



Maintain CRM or Excel sheets to track leads and conversions. Provide regular sales performance reports to the management. Share market feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
