Key Responsibilities:

Engage with investor leads and offer end-to-end advisory on curated real estate options Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs with clients Consult clients on location potential, capital appreciation, and resale outlook Manage relationships and provide timely follow-ups for closure Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Marketing for lead handling Maintain CRM records of conversations, site visits, and stages Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly deal closure targets Coordinate with legal, builder, and operations teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultation Strong closing, communication, and client-handling skills comfortable with weekend site visits Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi Experience in North Bangalore markets is highly preferred Goal-driven and self-motivated with professional presentation skills

Working Days:

5 Days a week site visits based on requirements
