Key Responsibilities
oOwn and deliver the annual sales plan for the US region.
oDrive direct sales of company's products, solutions, and related services.
oExpand presence in existing enterprise accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
oIdentify and close new logo opportunities in the US market.
oBuild and manage a robust 10x pipeline to ensure consistent funnel health.
oDevelop and execute go-to-market and marketing strategies for the region.
oAlign Envecon's internal ecosystem with customer business priorities.
oLeverage and expand the partner/alliance network to unlock new growth.
Key Requirements
o10+ years of proven experience in Enterprise Software Solution Sales.
oStrong domain knowledge of Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics, Ports & Terminals.
oPrior sales experience into the US market is essential.
oExcellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
oAbility to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
oExceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.
oWillingness to travel internationally as per business needs
