Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Handle high-value clients, corporate deals, and key channel partners.
Guide the team in lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM systems.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure proper allocation of leads and fair distribution among team members.
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and walk-in management.
Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements in the region.
Support the team during negotiations to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate documentation, booking forms, agreements, and compliance with RERA norms.
Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth deal execution.
Oversee collection targets, payment schedules, and coordination with accounts teams.
Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain long-term client relationships.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
