Senior Sales Manager

to spearhead our client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion efforts. The ideal candidate is a

proven sales leader in real estate

with strong expertise in residential, commercial, and land sales.

This role involves

driving high-value client acquisitions, mentoring sales teams, forging strategic partnerships, and creating sustainable business pipelines

. You will be instrumental in positioning Sri Landstar Properties as the preferred choice for investors, homeowners, and corporate clients in Coimbatore and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong connections with

high-net-worth individuals and elite clients

. Deliver a

seamless, personalized, and professional

customer experience at every interaction.

2. Property Sales Excellence



Present and sell

premium villas and luxury properties

, showcasing their

unique features, value, and investment potential

. Use a

consultative selling approach

to understand client preferences and deliver

tailored property solutions

3. Marketing & Brand Development



Design and implement

innovative marketing strategies

to attract luxury clientele through

digital, print, and exclusive offline channels

. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance

brand positioning in the premium real estate segment

4. Client Engagement & Property Tours



Plan and conduct

exclusive property tours and site visits

that reflect the

prestige and exclusivity

of the Sri Landstar brand. Provide

end-to-end guidance

during the buying process for a hassle-free experience.

5. Networking & Market Development



Develop and nurture a strong network of

brokers, wealth managers, corporate clients, and referral partners

. Leverage partnerships to expand lead generation and sales opportunities.

6. Market Intelligence



Stay updated on

luxury real estate trends, competitor activities, and premium property developments

. Provide inputs to management for

strategic decision-making and project positioning

. Deliver a

seamless, personalized, and professional

Candidate Requirements

:

Experience

: 5-7 years of proven success in

high-value real estate sales

, particularly in

luxury villas, gated communities, or premium residential projects

.

Sales Expertise

: Demonstrated ability to

consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

, while upholding the highest standards of trust, integrity, and client satisfaction.

Professional Presence

: Impeccable grooming,

executive-level communication skills

, and the ability to engage confidently with

high-profile and elite clients
