We require Senior Sales manager having experience in selling real estate products for Silvassa location.
Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process for high-rise residential/commercial projects in Silvassa.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective strategy and execution.
Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing plans to drive bookings and visibility.
Identify and nurture relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales coordination.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate sales prefer ,
preferably in
Strong local market knowledge of Silvassa and nearby regions*.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in Hindi and English*.
Graduate degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketingpreferred.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
