Senior Sales Manager
to lead property sales in the
Kurali-Kharar
region. The ideal candidate must have a strong
channel partner (CP) network
, proven real estate sales experience, and personal conveyance for local travel.
Responsibilities:
Drive residential and commercial property sales in Kurali and nearby areas
Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local agents
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and close deals independently
Generate leads through fieldwork and local networking
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and documentation
Provide regular sales updates and market insights
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
Strong CP network in Kharar-Kurali region
Must have own conveyance for travel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Immediate joiner preferred
