Reporting to the Assistant General Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies and achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, including real estate agents and support staff, to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies, including target setting, market penetration plans, and promotional campaigns to drive property sales and client acquisition.
Oversee client interactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring personalized service, negotiation excellence, and timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, forecast demand, and adjust tactics for optimal results.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives and promotional activities.
Monitor team performance through KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide training to enhance skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Maintain and update CRM systems with client data, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging insights for targeted outreach and retention.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred).
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing teams, and driving revenue growth in a competitive real estate environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
Proven leadership abilities, including coaching, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
