About the Role:

We're hiring a dynamic and result-driven

Senior Sales Manager

to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a

strong CP (Channel Partner) network

and proven experience in driving property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a high-performing sales team Build and maintain a strong CP network to drive lead generation Coordinate with marketing for local campaigns and promotions Provide market feedback and competitor insights to leadership

Requirements:

Minimum

4-6 years

of experience in real estate sales Strong existing network with

local Channel Partners

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with real estate market is a

must

Self-motivated and target-driven professional
