Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Sourcing Manager
to drive new client acquisitions and strategic partnerships for Brillsworth's commercial property portfolio. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding businesses, corporates, and investors interested in purchasing or leasing commercial spaces within our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new CP for the sale and lease of commercial properties including office spaces, retail units, and showrooms.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, SMEs, startups, property consultants, and channel partners to generate qualified leads.
Conduct client meetings, understand space requirements, and present suitable commercial property options.
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute lead-generation campaigns and promotional events.
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely deal closures with proper documentation and compliance.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming business zones in Navi Mumbai.
Maintain an active client and broker database using CRM tools and ensure regular follow-ups.
Represent Brillsworth at real estate exhibitions, corporate events, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
4-8 years of experience in
commercial real estate sales, client acquisition, sourcing Corporate leasing
.
Proven track record of sourcing and onboarding clients for commercial spaces.
Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai and Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Identifying new location and opportunity for business development.
