The Assistant Manager - Sales will play a crucial role in driving the sales efforts for our real estate projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can contribute to the growth of the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
Analyze competitor activities and recommend appropriate actions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and provide project information.
Sales Execution
: Actively engage in the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into sales.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation.
Stay informed about relevant real estate laws and regulations.
Team Collaboration
: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bangalore.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
