Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate

Location: Corporate Office - Cascade Buildtech, Mohali
Department: Open Sales Team
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: ₹45,000 - ?60,000/month
Requirement: Must have own conveyance
Preference: Candidates with strong Channel Partner (CP) network across Tricity

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, a strong CP network, and a proven ability to drive high-value property transactions.

Responsibilities:

Lead residential and commercial property sales across Tricity Activate and manage CP network to generate qualified leads Mentor junior sales executives and support team performance Conduct site visits, client presentations, and deal negotiations Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to achieve monthly targets Maintain detailed sales reports and pipeline tracking

Requirements:

Minimum 4-6 years of real estate sales experience Strong CP connections in Mohali, Chandigarh, and Panchkula Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Must have own vehicle for client meetings and site visits
