Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
National/Senior Sales Manager
Based at Indore Head Office to lead and scale our retail generic/OTC business across India. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, team builder, and execution-focused leader with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical sales domain.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales strategy and execution for generic/OTC division
Lead, mentor, and manage a large field sales team across regions
Ensure consistent primary and secondary sales growth
Develop and monitor sales targets, incentives, and KPIs
Build and expand distribution and retail penetration
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and HO teams for aligned business planning.
Ensuring Smooth Payment collections.
Candidate Profile
Minimum
12+ years
of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least
5 years in a Senior leadership role
Strong exposure to
generic retail/OTC
markets
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Willing to be based in
Indore (HO)
and travel extensively across India
