We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented
Senior Sales Manager
with 5+ years of proven experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate should have expertise in selling
web and mobile applications, website development, digital marketing services, ERP solutions, and bulk SMS solutions
. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to build long-term client relationships are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities and achieve sales targets across IT services and products.
Generate leads, pitch solutions, and close deals with corporate and SME clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies to develop effective sales strategies.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Mentor and guide junior sales executives to achieve overall team targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT (preferred).
5+ years of experience in IT sales
with a successful track record.
Strong background in selling
applications, websites, digital marketing, ERP, and bulk SMS solutions
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
Ability to understand client needs and map them to business solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
Strong client-handling skills with a customer-first mindset.
Nice to Have
Experience in international sales or working with overseas clients.
Understanding of SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or subscription models.
Ability to prepare sales forecasts and business growth plans.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
