4. Compliance: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and guidelines, particularly regarding agent licensing and commission payments.
5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including assisting with policy renewals and resolving issues.
6. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
7. Coordination with Other Departments: Work collaboratively with Operations team, Recon team, And HR departments to ensure seamless operations.
8. Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
9. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to drive sales growth and efficiency
