This vacancy is responsible for selling Lands and industrial warehouses, Including preparing and maintaining documents related to the sales maintain customer relationship, build and manage the marketing plan, training the project team, develop sale strategy for different phases, solving any issue with the engineering team, keep updated with for any changes, follow the requirements from developer to accomplish the sales target, etc.
Reports directly to CMD
1. Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy proposal.
2. Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with Customers and buyers.
3. Responsible for contract negotiation for rental warehouse with customers.
4. Build and manage overall sales plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the Sale Target.
5. Coordinate with Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising events and campaigns.
6. Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
7. Manage the team to accomplish the target for the project.
8. Leading and managing sales team.
9. preparing sales reports and presentations to enhance sales.
10. Process and preparing and filing documentation in coordination with legal team for plot sales and rental warehouse.
11. Conducting and arranging site visits in coordination with office coordinator according customer requirements for warehouse rentals and investments.
12.Preparing and maintaining inventory for warehouse and Plots as per projects.
Requirement
- At least 7years experience in the real estate industry (Industrial warehouse and plots preferred)
- English, Hindi and Marathi
- Expert knowledge of projects and real estate market.
- Great customer service attitudes/skills
- Great organizing skills and time management skills
- Good computer skills, especially with MS Word/Excel/PPT and CRM Software Knowledge.
