Role Overview:



We are seeking an experienced

Senior Sales & Operations Manager

to drive sales growth and ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing sector, proven leadership skills, and expertise in managing both business development and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities, expand key accounts, and strengthen customer relationships. Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term agreements with clients. Conduct market analysis to track competitors, demand trends, and emerging opportunities.

Operations Management



Oversee end-to-end supply chain: production planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining high quality and cost efficiency. Collaborate with production, QA, and supply chain teams to meet client expectations. Implement process improvements, lean practices, and cost-control measures.

Leadership & Team Management



Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional sales & operations teams. Define KPIs, monitor performance, and build a results-oriented culture. Foster collaboration across departments to align sales and operational goals.

Reporting & Compliance



Present sales forecasts, operational dashboards, and profitability reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory guidelines, and safety norms. Manage budgets and optimize resources to achieve profitability.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong background in manufacturing industry (B2B/B2C). Proven track record in industrial sales, client acquisition, and operations leadership. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Proficiency in ERP, CRM, MS Office, and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Commerce/Science (mandatory). MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Operations (preferred). Minimum

10-15 years of experience

in Sales & Operations, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

Pay: ₹14,918.96 - ₹70,821.19 per month

Work Location: In person
