Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the PEB segment. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors. Manage the end-to-end sales process -- from lead generation to negotiation and closure. Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5-10 years of experience in PEB / Steel Structures / Construction industry sales. Proven track record in B2B sales and project acquisition. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to travel across regions for client meetings and project discussions

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
