Sales Executive

Location- Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:


Develop and implement effective sales strategies for selling training materials.


Identify target markets and key accounts, creating plans to drive growth.


Set and monitor team performance metrics, including sales targets and KPIs.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and training organizations.


Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.

Market Research & Product Knowledge:


Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands for training materials.


Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to optimize offerings.


Provide insights on customer feedback to help improve product offerings.

Reporting & Analysis:


Track sales performance and provide weekly/monthly reports to National Head.


Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:


Proven track record in sales.


Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or related field.


Good communication and negotiation skills.


Strong Managerial abilities and experience in relationship.


Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.


Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance metrics.


Ability to travel for client meetings and conferences as needed.
