Job Description

Team Management

- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.

Sales Strategy Planning

- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to grow business and market share.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and resolve escalated issues.

Market Analysis

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies.

Lead Management

- Oversee lead generation, distribution, and follow-ups to maximize conversions.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present to senior management.

Collaboration

- Coordinate with other departments like marketing, finance, and service for smooth operations.

Product Knowledge

- Ensure the sales team has deep knowledge of the product,

Performance Review

- Regularly review team performance, set KPIs, and take corrective actions where needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month

Dhenkanal, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
