Job Summary:-
The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the company product and the ability to manage and improve customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions for clients.
3. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer satisfaction.
4. Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Educate clients about product features, benefits, and industry-specific applications.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including production, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer service processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6 months to 2 years) as a key account manager.
- Strong understanding of product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Must have Pleasant Personality.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
