Sales Manager Responsibilities
------------------
- You should be able to set monthly sales targets and set the Leads Target, Sales Pipeline Targets.
- Strategies required to meet Sales Target must be implemented.
- Must understand Sales Metrics and have the ability to measure.
- Should be able to monitor Sales Data and prepare reports along with Executive Review.
- Must be able to manage Sales Nurturing & Follow Ups.
- Must be skilled in Sales Pitching and able to meet appointments.
- Must be able to arrange Sales Scripts for Sales Team.
- Should be able to lead and arrange trainings to improve your team.
- Digital Marketing and Software Knowledge must be ready.
Sales Supervisor Responsibilities

- Must understand the B2B Sales Nature.
- Inbound/ Outbound Sales Calls must be able to call professionally.
- Must be able to meet appointments and do Sales Pitching.
- Sales Follow Ups must be done systematically.
- Must be able to handle Email and Excel.
- Sales Closing should be able to achieve Sales Target.
- Digital Marketing and Software Knowledge must be ready.
Sales Executive Responsibilities

- Inbound/ Outbound Sales Calls must be able to call professionally.
- Sales Follow Ups must be done systematically.
- Sales Closing should be able to achieve Sales Target.
- Must be the easiest person to learn.
- Must be an active cooperative.

Leaving the office at 6:00pm to get you home safely.
We also offer lunch break from 1pm to 1:45pm.
