Sales Manager

to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the in-house sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive property sales through effective customer engagement, follow-ups, and relationship management. Develop and implement sales strategies to boost lead conversions. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations. Track sales performance, maintain MIS reports, and provide insights for improvement. Build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

3-7 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Local market knowledge of Badlapur and nearby regions preferred.
