Responsibilities:
o
Sourcing of Channel partners to generate leads and schedule appointments.
o
Conduct on-site sales activities for our real estate projects, engaging with potential clients and guiding them through the sales process.
o
Perform CP (Cold Calling) to generate leads and schedule appointments.
o
Efficiently manage client data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
o
Handle walk-in clients, providing them with information about the projects and addressing their queries.
o
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
o
Work weekends and have one weekday off.
o
Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
o
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is a plus.
o
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
o
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o
Willingness to work on-site and engage with clients face-to-face.
o
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o
Must be proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented.
o
Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
