Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery and execution.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer feedback to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Mentor and support junior sales team members when needed.
