E-commerce Sales Executives
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues professionally.
Drive sales through promotional campaigns, discounts, and online strategies.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve sales.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Support digital marketing team in driving traffic and conversions on e-commerce portals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:
12th Pass (Graduates Preferred).
Note:
Candidates who are pursuing studies will
not
be considered.
Prior experience in e-commerce, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
