Objectives of the role:-



Identifying

and

qualifying

potential leads through outbound lead generation methods such as

cold calling

. Knowledge about the

company's services

. Conduct service

demonstrations

and

explain

the benefits of the company's solutions.

Identifying

and

targeting

potential customers, creating sales strategies, and setting sales goals.

Establishing

and

nurturing

relationships with existing customers, as well as acquiring new ones. Responsible for

negotiating

contracts,

presenting

proposals, and closing sales deals with customers. Provide customers

technical support

. Regularly submit sales reports and forecasts to management, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement. Assisting in the development of

sales strategies

to drive

business growth

. Handling objections and negotiating with potential customers to ensure a smooth sales process. Provide

post-sales support

to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required skills and qualifications:-



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, Communications

, or a related field. Experience in customer service

(B2B)

, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Solid understanding of the

sales process

and

customer relationship

management. Understanding of

lead generation

,

market research

and

prospecting techniques

. Strong communication and

interpersonal skills

, with the ability to

build customer

rapport. Excellent

problem-solving

and

negotiation skills

and a customer-focused mindset. Strong understanding of sales metrics and data analytics to refine sales strategies. Ability to develop sales strategies and tactics tailored to specific industries.

Age: between 22-40 years Proficiency in 2 Languages (

& Hindi)
