Key Responsibilities:-
3-6 years of experience in sales, govt. sales coordination in the water treatment industry.
Hands-on knowledge of STP, ETP, RO, WTP, and related technologies.
Familiarity with government e-tendering sales coordination.
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate water treatment solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up, and close sales orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline.
Managing key client relationships in the
industrial and private sector
.
Stay updated on
market trends, government regulations, and competitor activities
in the water treatment industry.
Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions with potential clients.
Coordinate with Govt. tender client for new projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

2-4 years of sales experience in the water treatment or similar technical industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
MBA in Marketing / BBA. or bachelor's degree in related field.
