Job Summary:



USS Estates is looking for a driven and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions, promoting property options, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and a good understanding of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and product briefings. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure seamless customer engagement. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Maintain updated knowledge of property listings, pricing, and market trends. Coordinate with the sales, operations, and marketing teams for smooth closing of deals. Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.

Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience as a Sales Executive (real estate experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Good understanding of the Noida/Greater Noida real estate market (preferred). Customer-service oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
