Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team in Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales of solar power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Meet prospective clients to explain solar solutions and their benefits.
Develop and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Prepare and present proposals/quotations tailored to customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain proper records of sales activities and submit regular reports.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com).
1-3 years of experience in sales (solar/renewable/energy industry experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
