We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing leads, closing deals, and building long-term business relationships in the

prefab and PEB industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities in infrastructure, government tenders, industrial, and commercial sectors Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and project managers Manage sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets Collaborate with engineering and design teams for project proposals Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-ups Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field 2+ years of sales experience in construction, PEB, or prefabricated structures preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach Willingness to travel as required Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools is a plus
