Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, dealers, and infrastructure companies.
Convert leads into long-term business relationships through regular follow-ups and on-site visits.

Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and project managers.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate steel and cement solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely after-sales service and support.
3.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and supply-demand dynamics in the steel and cement industry.
Provide regular feedback to management to support pricing, marketing, and stock decisions.
4.
Order Management & Coordination
Ensure timely processing of orders, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with logistics, dispatch, and accounts teams for seamless execution of orders.
5.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales activity, and deals closed using CRM tools or Excel.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to the reporting manager.
6.
Team Collaboration
Work with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
Share client and market feedback to support product development and customer engagement initiatives.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales in the steel/cement industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and distribution networks.
Familiar with local market conditions and client base.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.
