job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful deals. You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and helping customers find their ideal property.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and engage potential clients via calls, walk-ins, site visits, and digital platforms

Conduct site visits and clearly explain project features and benefits

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure conversions

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions using CRM tools

Report market trends and customer feedback to management

Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns

Requirements:



3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales

Excellent communication skills in English and local languages

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently

Knowledge of local property laws and market dynamics is a plus

Willingness to conduct site visits and work on weekends (weekly off on weekdays)

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
