Generate, follow up, and convert leads into successful property sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Promote residential and/or commercial projects to prospective clients.
Handle negotiations and close deals efficiently.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Arrange and conduct site visits for clients.
Coordinate with the project, CRM, and legal teams for documentation and approvals.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor projects.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements :
2 to 3+ years of proven experience in
real estate sales
.
Strong knowledge of residential/commercial property sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
