The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of residential flats, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring smooth closure of property transactions. The role requires proactive lead management, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to convert prospects into successful sales.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for residential projects
Handle all incoming enquiries via phone, mobile, and walk-ins with professionalism
Conduct timely follow-ups and arrange site visits for prospective clients
Generate new leads through telecalling, marketing activities, and networking
Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly goals set by the Reporting Manager
Expand new business opportunities while enhancing existing client relationships
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
Coordinate property closures, oversee documentation, and support fund disbursement
Work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Strong communication and telecalling skills
