The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for Neubaby products. The role involves managing retail and distribution channels, ensuring proper product visibility, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors, and franchise stores.
Promote Neubaby products through in-store visits, product displays, and marketing activities.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure proper stock levels, merchandising, and visibility of Neubaby products in stores.
Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
Coordinate with the logistics and marketing teams for smooth delivery and promotional support.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
Train and guide junior sales staff or promoters when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in FMCG / Baby care / Retail sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and distribution network.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
