Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive / Project Coordinator
Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with expertise in B2B & B2C sales of flooring, sanitary, plumbing, tiles. The role involves managing daily operations, driving sales, building client relationships, and coordinating projects for residential and commercial customers.
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day department operations and ensure stock availability.
Drive sales through lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and walk-in clients.
Guide customers on product selection, design, and application.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Relationship building with B2B & B2C clients.
Knowledge of flooring, sanitary, plumbing, and Tiles.
Inventory management and CRM proficiency.
Excellent communication and team coordination.
Reports to:
Manager / Department Head / Director
Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
5+ years' experience in building materials/home improvement sales.
MS Office & Excel & ERP knowledge.
