Job Description

Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in customers and assist them in selecting jewellery. Provide product knowledge about gold, diamond, silver, and other ornaments. Understand customer preferences and showcase suitable designs. Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships. Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement. Generate billing, handle exchanges/returns as per policy. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports. Call existing and potential customers regarding offers, new collections, and promotions. Fix appointments and invite customers to the showroom. Handle customer queries politely and help in resolving issues. Maintain customer database and update CRM. Follow up with leads received from ads, social media, and walk-ins.

Requirements:

Pleasant personality & good communication skills. Knowledge of gold/diamond purity, stones & jewellery trends (preferred). Should be customer-focused with strong selling skills. Basic computer/billing software knowledge. Freshers with good communication can also apply.
