Job Purpose

To generate new memberships, achieve sales targets, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential gym members while promoting gym services professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership

Generate new gym memberships through walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups. Explain gym facilities, plans, and offers to prospective members. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Handle membership renewals and upgrades.
Lead Management

Maintain record of enquiries, leads, and conversions. Follow up with prospective clients regularly. Coordinate with trainers for PT sales leads.
Customer Interaction

Greet and assist walk-in members professionally. Handle member queries, complaints, and feedback. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Marketing & Promotion

Support promotional activities, events, and campaigns. Promote special offers, discounts, and referral schemes. Assist in social media or local marketing activities if required.
Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Maintain proper documentation of memberships and payments. Ensure accuracy in billing and receipts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
