Roles & Responsibilities

Visit

Distributors & Primary Dealers weekly

to plan and execute secondary working. Achieve

monthly primary targets

(Distributor level) and

secondary targets

(Retailer level) in the assigned territory. Expand the

retail network

and drive market penetration in the assigned geography. Ensure timely

payment collections

as per monthly targets.

Implement promotional schemes

in the market to boost sales and enhance brand visibility. Execute

marketing and sales strategies

to increase distributor sales performance.

Lead and manage

a team of on-roll Sales Executives to ensure growth across all sales parameters. Conduct

in-shop plumber meetings

and other marketing activities to promote product sales. Ensure regular

market visits

to Distributors, Dealers, Sub-Dealers, and Retailers. Responsible for

shop branding, dealer certification, and distribution of scheme-based gifts/events

. Conduct

weekly meetings

with sales team and monitor their performance.
