to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our accommodation and hospitality services to corporate clients, travel partners, and direct customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, and client meetings.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote hotel services, packages, and offerings to potential clients and partners.
Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth client servicing and bookings.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.
Attend trade shows, travel fairs, and networking events to represent the company.
Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
2-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the
hospitality, tour , tourism travel, or service industry
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Knowledge of hotel booking systems or CRM software will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
