Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product/service demonstrations to clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, support) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales, activities, and client communications in CRM or reporting sheets.
Represent the company in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer requirements and product/service improvements.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexibility to travel as per business requirements.
