We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads, closing deals, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key responsibilities include:
Lead Management & Conversion:
Follow up with clients promptly and effectively.
Drive the sales process from lead generation and handling through to closing.
Adhere to all necessary sales process requirements.
Sales Team Support & Training:
Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
Closing Process Management:
Close sales deals, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process.
Client Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the closing process.
Market Knowledge:
Maintain a strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations that may impact the closing process.
Reporting & Administration:
Create and maintain reports related to sales activities.
Efficiently handle MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Advanced Excel).
Required Skills & Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in real estate closing or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong leadership qualities, proactive approach, and team-oriented mindset.
Must have experience working within the real estate industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Advanced Excel).
Personal Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven and highly motivated.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
