exciting option to join our Founder/Core Team on occasional work trips and strategic tours

(both domestic and potentially international) for high-impact collaboration, strategy alignment, and pitch sessions.

Accommodation and necessary travel expenses will be covered

during these work tours. This is a unique opportunity to build strong relationships, immerse yourself in our growth strategy, and sell alongside leadership while experiencing new environments. (Travel is an encouraged but optional part of the role.)

The Role: Sales Executive



You will be responsible for driving new business growth for Elaterz by identifying and engaging potential clients who need our digital marketing expertise. This role requires resilience, excellent communication, and a passion for hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:

Proactively source, qualify, and develop new sales leads through cold calling, email, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking.

Pipeline Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, tracking all activity in a CRM.

Consultative Selling:

Understand prospective clients' business challenges and present customized Elaterz digital marketing solutions that demonstrate clear ROI.

Pitch & Presentation:

Conduct engaging virtual (and sometimes in-person on tour) presentations and product demos to C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Achieve Targets:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Feedback & Strategy:

Provide market feedback to the leadership and service delivery teams to refine our offerings and sales strategy.
What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Proven track record (1-3 years) in B2B sales, particularly in digital services, SaaS, or agency environment.

Closing Skills:

Demonstrated ability to confidently negotiate and close deals with a strong understanding of sales metrics.

Self-Discipline:

Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and the discipline required to thrive in a fully

remote, results-oriented

setting.

Digital Fluency:

Comfortable using sales tools (CRM, Google Workspace, communication apps) and understanding fundamental digital marketing concepts (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media).

Travel-Ready:

Eagerness and ability to travel periodically for team collaboration and client meetings.
