Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. If you are persuasive, customer-focused, and enjoy hitting targets, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Doing cold callings to potential clients and customers
Explain products/services and their benefits clearly.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on warm leads to convert into sales
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in either Tele or Field Sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Goal-driven with a positive attitude
